Pricing is based on the jobs Enso handles, not units, doors, or sites.
Eligible self-serve businesses may receive a 30-day trial. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Listed channel counts are plan limits, not a promise of immediate activation. Voice and SMS availability depends on eligibility, provisioning, and the required configuration and consent checks.

Need more capacity?
Shop, Crew, and Ops include the published monthly usage amounts above and cap seats, technicians, and lines. Choose a larger plan or contact salesfor a Network quote if you expect to need more capacity.
Self-serve usage does not automatically incur an unlisted overage charge. If Enso permits usage beyond an included amount to continue, that alone does not create an extra fee. Any additional capacity or charge must be expressly agreed in your plan or a written Order Form.
How the meter works
Work-order usage counts toward the published monthly amount included with your plan.
Metered by work orders
Your plan counts the work orders Enso handled that month. That may include intake, a configured notification attempt, a supported field update, or an authorized dispatcher's close. A job is counted once per month no matter how many calls or texts it takes.
No unit, door, or site pricing
No pricing by units, doors, keys, beds, sites, or square footage. Seats are a cap on your team, not the price.
Seats and technicians are different limits
A seat is a login for an office administrator or dispatcher. A technician is someone on your field roster who uses supported SMS and call workflows without a separate technician app. Every plan caps both. If your team needs more capacity, move up a plan or request a Network quote.
Voice and SMS are included allowances
Every self-serve plan includes a published amount of voice minutes and SMS segments. If you expect to need more, move up a plan or contact sales about a Network plan.
30-day free trial
Where offered to an eligible business, a self-serve plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Check the amount due today and first payment date before subscribing. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan renews automatically and the card is charged for the first paid month.
Monthly cancellation
Self-serve subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel from Billing at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Cancel before an eligible trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
