Facilities teams

Enso FM is built for the maintenance vendors you already call. For enabled channels and configured workflows, it can capture reported after-hours details, create a work order, attempt an opted-in crew notification, and hand records off by email, signed webhook, or file export. Availability depends on the vendor's onboarding and plan; your facilities team does not need an occupant login or Enso FM account for that hand-off.

A dedicated facilities organization with occupant intake and a shared work-order board is planned for later. There is no waitlist to join right now.
